The AMA WATERWAY Cruise was stunning. First, the ship is immaculate & clean with a terrific crew. They are all well trained in their specific areas. The front desk is the hub of action. The bar is on the other side & the dining below. The dining room has huge windows for watching. Every meal was orchestrated by the Maitre 'D & Executive Chef & Staff. very professional 5 Star gourmet meals. Eggs Benedict everyday, Seafood buffet, ice Cream bar, 50 item salad bar, Shrimp & steak. Each meal delivered great Bordeaux wines with 9 0z pours in excellent stemware. In the evening there was excellent piano music OR a DJ to dance or a 3 piece symphony. All well well received by the guests which numbered only 85. Walking on the top deck was fantastic under the Bordeaux skies. The daily trips were included - with many wine tasting or castles to choose from. Our cruise director was Elia & she was amazing. She coordinated & organized us all to perfection. I highly recommend this ship and this route.
