Friends took this cruise three years ago and raved about it. We concur. It was a week of island-hopping through the Yasawa and Mamanuca island chains. We snorkelled often (first time), swam from many beaches, relaxed on beautiful beaches, had dinner on one beach, were entertained by Fijian singers and dancers, visited a school in one village, had Fijian dinner in another village, listened to beautiful singing at Sunday church service in yet another village. Swam with sharks, explored a sea cave and swam underwater briefly to get to a second cave.

The ship itself was lovely, a great variety of seating on three decks if you wanted to be with others or on your own. Our captain, Jotiko, was multi-talented; he sang, played guitar, and led snorkelling expeditions in addition to running the ship. The crew was lovely -- very friendly and helpful. Shore activities, especially meals and morning and afternoon tea, can be complex, but they made it look easy. Crew members are very friendly and are very good at what they do. They kept us as busy as we wanted to be.

Cabin Review

Cabin Orchid

We had to change cabins after 4 days because water was leaking from the bathroom into the cabin. They moved us as soon as we mentioned it. Bed was very comfortable. Generally, the cabins were fine, but you have to deal with quarters that are more cramped than on a bigger boat.
