We travel a lot (visited 67 countries)and have been cruising sixteen times with different companies such as Seabourne,Ponant,Oceania,Silversea etc... According to the Crystal's advertising this river-cruise was supposed to be at the highest standards.... What a disappointment!!!
This ship is old(25 years) and, in spite of a major refit, suffers from many technical problems, such as:air conditioning(impossible to adjust:too cold or too warm)
Drainage's noises as well as different noises wherever you stand.(you cannot stay on the upper deck for a long time because of the rumble due to the motors...)

Very comfortable bed. It is a very small cabin but, in no way, a "suite"
Decor was nice.
