Let me first say that Princess is normally a great line to cruise on. This was my eighth cruise on Princess and the first time I have really been disappointed with the cruise.

We had a mid-ship balcony room and the balcony appeared to be a little larger than on other Princess ships we have been on, outside of the Ruby Princess. Our room steward was very friendly, and our waiter and assistant waiter for dinner provided excellent service.
