This is our first cruse with Royal Caribbean and the last. We traveled with twelve of our friends and we were all very disappointed. First I am a sun worshiper. I sat there for about four hours and not one person came over to ask if I wanted a drink. Second we ordered pictures they told us it would be ready at 10:30 that evening, well it was not. They said come back tomorrow which was our last day, st six a.m. And pick them up. So, we got up bright and early and guess what, they were closed. When I asked someone when will they open that said 7:30am, well my bus was coming at eight, but I decided to go to the photo floor at 7:15 and the line was out the door. So I waited and waited and only one person was taking care of about fifty people. At 8:45 I got yo the front of the line and he told me I do not see an order for your picture. Well now I am fuming I told him I was charged for it and went back upstairs to get the receipt. Back downstairs to show him and he is still looking. Well it is now eight o'clock. The system is just TERRIBLE.. At eight fifteen he fiound my picture. It's a good thing the bus was late.. They just need more help everywhere on this ship. The waiters and busboys work very hard and really do try, but they are just not equipped to handle three thousand people.. They seem to cut back on so much, no shampoo condition lotion tissues in the room. Not even a pen and paper. I will never ever travel with Royal Caribbean again. Very poor rating. My friends and I will find a better ship to travel with.

Terrible. Towels were ripped no pen or paper or magazine. Cut back on so many things. No lotion conditioner. Just awful.
