After asking each cruise line if my 3 and 8 year old could stay together in the kids club, Royal was the ONLY one who assured me that they could through their online chat. My choice was between Norwegian Breakaway and Royal's Anthem of the Seas. I could have had free beverages on Norwegian with water slides and ropes courses but chose Anthem solely because I was promised they could stay together.

With that said, we boarded the ship and brought the kids to the kids club and were told ABSOLUTELY they cannot be in the same room with each other. Which led to the 3 year old's meltdown, and then mine.

So we then went to the bumper cars the kids were so excited for. The line was wrapped around the entire room to ride. We then find out that you have to be at least 5 to even ride with a parent!
