This was our 2nd cruise and I will admit I was geared up for disappointment based on my previous cruise (Carnival). I could not have been more wrong about what to expect by sailing with Disney. From the moment we arrived at the airport to take the Disney transport to the port, everything was top notch. Transportation staff was very friendly and professional. After arriving at the port, the professionalism continued which was great. It was nice to be treated like a guest rather than a herd of cattle headed to the trough.

Once on board the Magic, that's when my expectations started to be exceeded. The ship itself is beautiful and elegant with a twist of Disney mixed in. The overall layout really worked well and the ship was really easy to navigate. *FOOD & DRINK* The 3 restaurants in the rotational dining, Lumiere's, Animator's Palate & Carioca's were all fantastic with exceptional service. Animator's Palate was our favorite out of the three. Seeing the characters come to life right before your eyes was great and having your own design come to life was pretty cool aswell. The food and presentation was 5 star in my opinion. The only negative I could find about the three restaurants was the very limited selection on the kids menu. The other food options on board were Cabanas (buffet style) which had many different options for breakfast and lunch. The overall quality and flavor of the food was a solid 7 out of 10. Busy place in the morning for breakfast but that's to be expected. Never had a problem finding a table inside or outside. Pete's Boiler Bites was another family favorite for lunch or anytime throughout the day. The chicken strips and fries were awesome, but then again the many choice offered were all really good. A solid 8 out of 10. Daisy's Delights was decent for fruit or a mid day wrap of sandwich. Lastly, Pinocchio's pizzeria was another family favorite. Several flavors of pizza to choose from all cooked on crispy flatbread. Delicious pizza.

*ACTIVITIES* There were plenty of activities on board to keep everyone of all age groups occupied throughout the day. Movie theaters, kid's clubs and scheduled activities were plentiful. The live Broadway style shows were excellent. Adult areas were quiet, attractive and relaxing. Shops were stocked with many items with decent prices.
