This was our second cruise with Princess. We chose this cruise because of the places visited and a very good prior experience on a Princess cruise to Hawaii. When it comes to the ports and places visited we were not disappointed. Everything we saw was super interesting - the ruins and the museums in Mexico and Peru, the river cruise and the air tram in Costa Rica, the ziplining in Nicaragua.

However, the ship experience was rather average in comparison with the prior Princess cruise. The embarkation (extremely long line up) was the very first unpleasant experience, the food in the dining rooms was sometimes not very tasty, live bands paled in comparison to the bands on the Hawaiian cruise. The lack of interesting activities before noon (except for the promotional seminars about health, jewelry, body problems and wine tasting or spa, which of course aimed at selling you services or products) made it a bit boring at times.

Very interesting. It was great to see a bit of Lima.

Excellent museum exposition but not enough time to view it.
