It was a group excursion. Organization is needed for the guest service line during high peek times, example there was more than one entrance to the desk. While many remained in a single line, the rope allowed for others to walk right up skipping others for immediate service. Workers should have directed them to the roped off line area. Slow service in the Celebration Restaurant when there were few patrons, limited entre choices, processed turkey not good, baked chicken breast paddy not what was expected.I expected a fully baked chicken breast. Limited time in food court, closing time did not meet patrons' need Limited entertainment for fun at sea days. The room service and our assigned room person, Aloy was above expectations with service, courtesy, and availability. Support staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was maintained. Congestion and frustration existed during drop off and embarkation, assigned times for check in and out were not honored, "free for all", carline backed up to interstate.
