We wanted to cruise the little ports in Germany and this cruise seemed to be as close to what we wanted to see. The ship was clean and tidy at all times. We upgraded our room to a suite since when we saw the French balcony room we were dismayed at how tiny the room was. We loved the suite though even though we hadn't planned on the extra expense. The food was delicious and the servers were so extremely pleasant. The entertainment was lovely and enjoyable. The excursions were enjoyable and informative. We did not travel with children and I was glad there were no children on this cruise since it was nice not to have children running up and down the isle ways or crying in the next room over. We have 3 children of our own so this is not about not liking children. For us this cruise was about relaxing and recharging. Everything was perfect! Thank you Viking.
