We were first time cruisers so we anxious before we left, but it was a wonderful trip. We flew from Dallas to Amsterdam two days early in order to get over jet lag and explore the city. I highly recommend doing that. We had a tour provided by the cruise line and then had time to take the canal tour and also visit the Rijksmuseum.

The cruise line provided transportation to the boat since we purchased our airfare through them. The ship was spotless and our cabin was immaculate. There is plenty of storage for clothes and bags.

The food was wonderful and there were choices at every meal. There were usually three entrees for lunch and dinner plus a salad bar and other choices. Our ship offered free wine and beer with lunch and dinner.

The rooms were compact, but there was plenty of storage. Large bags fit under the bed and there were plenty of drawers for clothing. A safe was also part of the room. The bath was tiny, but the amenities were first rate.

Cabins were refreshed every day and everything was spotless.
