Cabin: Deluxe Stateroom

This was our first cruise, ever. We were very lucky to reserve a stateroom with a sitting room. It was very nice, even though the weather was rainy for most of the trip. It was still beautiful to look out the window and see the beautiful country and cities as we passed.

The dining was first class all the way~excellent food served by very attentive waiters. We had a special menu and every server got it right every single time. There was plenty of wine with dinner and we were able to match it to courses as they were served.

The entertainment on board was awesome. We had some ladies who came on and played the harp and sang and a gentleman who lectured on the current events of Germany. Both were very engaging. There was entertainment every night on the piano in the bar and demonstrations of food preparation.

Deluxe Stateroom

Cabin E

Awesome cabin! We had more room than we needed, but we really enjoyed it. It was cold, rainy weather while we were there and we still enjoyed opening the curtains and watching everything go past. Our bathroom was excellent. The floors were heated and it was wonderful on chilly days. The cabin was cleaned every day, wether or not it needed it. Fresh fruit every day, although we had so much food at meal times we rarely used it. Plenty of water, a safe in the room, 2 TVs. Nice closet, room to hang clothes and drawers.
