The cruise was on average what you would expect. The food, drink, entertainment, and ship was nothing more than what you would expect on a cruise at the expense paid. If this was the worst than I would have marked higher.

A few staff were good, cleaning staff and security were excellent - very polite, well mannered, looking after the guests. However most of the staff acted as if they clearly did not want to be there, especially most of the drinks waiting staff. You could see the background politics i.e. arguments and bitchiness. The aftermath of the arguments could be seen clearly while serving customers.

On a 7-day cruise we must have waited near enough 24 hours in total to be served drinks during shows we watched. The entertainment was average, but the waiting staff must have enjoyed it as they spent a lot of the time watching it and dancing along. Read more
