Dont go.....customer service was not help, not all crew can speak engish, only canadian and us get free water on board and the free water is only in the dining room, outside of the dining room you will have to pay for water. If you are feeling sick and need a glass of water outside the dining room, you have to pay for a bottle of water, there is no 24/7 food, food is limited, if they run out, they do not refill, when the hours of breakfast/lunch and dinner is over, all food and drinks are put away. This will be our last time taking a costa ship. The line up at the customer service desk is aways long, people not happy with the service. Ship needs to be updated. Cabiin crew leave cleaning supplies in hallways all the time, no place to store there supplies. IF YOU ONLY SPEAK ENGISH, DONT GO
