Outstanding Cruise Let Down by Poor Pre-Cruise & Post Cruise Support

We were attracted by the fact that the ship takes only ca 700 passengers and can navigate into rivers and ports that the larger vessels cannot reach. The most outstanding aspect of this cruise was undoubtedly the crew who could not do enough for us.
Dining was very good and the speciality restaurants excellent. The drinks package was very good and the wines well chosen with a choice of two different whites & reds (and I think rose) offered every day.
I had travelled around Asia in the past on business but not been to Vietnam which my partner and I enjoyed the most, especially, the Azamazing evening in HCMC (Saigon). We also enjoyed the other destinations (Singapore, Bangkok & Hong Kong).

Other than being on the small side the cabin was comfortable.

Taxi did a city tour and then took us out into the countryside and visited a market garden with beautiful flowers.
