We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and price. Greece is one of my favorite places, and neither one of us had been to other places on the east coast of the Adriatic. Dubrovnik was enchanting. Kopor, Slovenia, was Unremarkable, but every other port was wonderful. The Sea Organ in Zadar was magical. We walked the walls in Dubrovnik - well worth changing money (we found a shop keeper who changed money for us). We had time to hike up to the top of the walls in Kotor - wear good walking shoes! I wore the wrong shoes - slippery on the bottom - and took them off to walk down barefooted. I have been to Greece several times and had been to Olympia before, so I was prepared for the experience. It still inspires a feeling of awe. Olympia was the highlight of the cruise up to this point. Our guide was very knowledgable. I already knew its history, but gleaned more details from her. Santorini is as magical as all the postcards one sees of it. I had always wanted to visit Acrotiri - the ancient city - and it lived up to my expectations. The site is inside a building, which was a first for me, but it made viewing very comfortable. We had lots (but never enough) of free time to wander around Santorini on our own and did manage to make it back to the ship on time! Our guide for Corinth, Mycenae, and Epidarus was the best I have ever had. Theano was able to hold my attention even at Mycenae - which no guide had ever been able to do before! In a word: Awesome!

Cabin Review

Cabin E2?

The cabin was wonderful. Roomy, with plenty of closet space. I loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the "fogless" mirrors! It was also nice to sit out on our balcony and watch the sunsets.

Port Reviews

Venice

We went on our own to Venice. Venice is wonderful. It is impossible to get lost in, and the best fun is to just wander. St. Mark's is beautiful. The Peggy Guggenheim Museum is fascinating.
