We always heard great things about regent so we decided to take a chance and do a cruise with them. The service was pitiful. The waiters at the restaurants seemed to be all very overworked and it took a long time to get noticed and to have someone take your order (not even going to mention the time it took for food to arrive). Food was ok. but not Great. Some items tended to end during the buffet lunch and breakfast and not get refilled (had to ask more than once if there was anymore of this or that available to have it replaced).

Complained about this issues with the General Manager personally and didn't get any kind of feedback.

Also, horrible pre-cruise experience in my country, their office have an extremely unpolite and unhelpful team . Their website doesn't work for specialty restaurants or shore excursion reservation. Had to do everything through the travel agent which was a hassle.
