After reviewing several other river cruise lines, we chose Uniworld because it included gratuities and drinks; the cabin size was slightly bigger than other lines; and this cruise offered the areas of Europe we wanted to see and it did not disappoint. The service was outstanding on all phases of the cruise. The food was terrific with plenty of it. The crew from the captain to the cabin attendants, could not do enough for you. The nightly entertainment was average but okay for this type of cruise. The daily tours and side trips were excellent and offered something for everyone's interests. The tours were a little more uneven (inclines and small hills) than we had anticipated but we managed and were not left behind when with a group. Although Uniworld was a little more expensive than other cruise lines, the extra cost was well worth the money. We would highly recommend Uniworld to anyone...especially the S.S. Antoinette.

Both the pre- and post- city packages were cancelled due to lack of sign-ups. Both packages were in 5 star hotels and therefore, were very expensive. You can do just as well booking your own rooms at the same hotels or other 4 & 5 star hotels at half the cost.

Cabin Review

French Balcony Stateroom

Cabin 2

Cabin was a nice size for this trip. Had plenty of room for clothes and luggage storage. Bed was very comfortable and we had no problem sleeping. Cabin was made up fresh each day with fresh fruit on the table. Full view through our floor to ceiling windows. Excellent cabin for the price.
