We have had previous river cruises with Viking and this one exceeded our expectations. The ship was so comfortable and we were very well looked after, the crew were particularly kind to my 91 year old mother. The sailing was smooth and not a single bump in any of the locks! The scenery along the river is stunning and we were lucky to have great weather. The trips were well organised and the guides well informed and entertaining- the coach was driven safely and smoothly through some difficult narrow and winding roads. The food was fantastic, how the chef and his team can turn out such lovely meals in such a small space is amazing. The cabins were comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The two night stay in Lisbon was good, lovely hotel, fabulous city. I would definitely recommend the cruise and just writing this makes me want to go again!
