Ship, was in bad shape. A/C in cabin not working. Took complaining manyntimes for someone,to come check issues. No air would come out of vent, turned out the duct and vent was filled with a five gallon bucket of lint and dirt. Food was sub par many days. Some of the crew was rude and careless. One instance of crew being careless was when two crew members carrying a table forced their way through the line at international cafe and hit me in the shoulder. The crew member next to where the table hit me, knew it had hit and he told me to get out of the way. I got his name and reported the incident but like other issues, nothing done. The front desk manager would not speak to me or my wifeand used the clerk at the desk as a yo yo to communicate with us and the manager would run and hide whne she saw us and would not return calls.
Two years away from Princess Cruises and just st hope our upcoming cruise in June is better than the last. Hearing reports that the dry dock work done on Grand Princess was only superficial.
Worn, tired and poorly cared for. Steward did all he could to take care of us!
Lovely city with manynthings to see around town.
Americans greated us as we left the cruise terminal and gave us a guide book and explained a line they had painted on the streets to lead yo to,points of interest. Very feiwndly people in Mazatlan and a beautiful city!
