Service excellent:, staff friendly, helpful, professional the BEST i have ever seen on any cruise, and i have been on many. The decor is tired , out of date, and needs repair and replacing. Food average certainly not worthy of the premium cost of this cruise. The dining room noisy and very dated. The upstairs casual dining room if very uncomfortable. Tile floors, no window covering metal chairs very poorly appointed. After you leave the lobby it's downhill. I was surprised with the up-charge for some superior grade drinks. Entertainment was average at best. NO activities other than day tours offered. The general opinion was not enough free time in some areas while other areas could have been omitted because they lacked interest or charm. I beleive when paying a premium price for a cruise all the blocks checked should be excellent. The borchure. advertising pics should be updated to include the not so great common areas
