Sail Date: May 2017
Cabin: Grand Suite

This upgraded suite was such a disappointment because of the constant noise from the deck above. It is located right below the entrance to the Windjammer restaurant so there is a steady stream of foot traffic. There are tables and chairs on this deck that are moved at 5:00 am by the staff to clean, which creates even more noise than the foot traffic.

The staff was friendly but couldn't address our noise concerns.

Our dining room for dinner was average. We were with a large group of 35 and switched seats which seemed to confuse the wait staff. The drink service was slow. The first night the excuse was this is the first night so we will get better. It did, somewhat. The food was average.
