This was our second Uniworld Cruise and we would definitely travel with them again. The staff were friendly & professional, the service was exceptional as was the food and the boat itself. The itinerary was well thought out & executed and covered all highlights relevant to the areas visited. The cabins were well appointed as were the public areas of the boat. All excursions were well organised and the guides were excellent. We managed to gain access to St Mark's Basilica without the crowds which was highlight of the trip. The staff could not have been helpful or professional and we enjoyed our entire time on the cruise. There is no doubt that we would choose Uniworld if we were to indulge in another river cruise in the future as we have tried other providers and Uniworld definitely comes out on top. We would recommend Uniworld to anyone thinking about a river cruise in Europe.
