My husband made the arrangements. This was for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we were treated royally by everyone. The Captain was the most pleasant/funny person. He was everywhere, which caused a little confusion with many people as to who is driving the ship..... The staff was extraordinary. No matter what the venue, they were always smiling and glad to help in any way. The Captain did make the cruise a wonderful experience. We didn't participate in many of the activities as we had done them on a previous cruise, but did attend some of the talks that were very interesting. Met many interesting people on this cruise. The dinners were fantastic. Our waiter was the best and made sure we were all happy and well fed. Loved listening to the entertainment in the center of the ship every night. Very relaxing and fun. We took advantage of the islands we stopped at, and enjoyed seeing the different areas.
The cabin was spacious and clean. The young man in charge of our cabin was gracious and very helpful.
Getting on the ship was not as frustrating as usual. They got everyone through with minimal delays.
Our guide was the greatest. We had 6 people total in the van and he took us all over the island. Had a great time and learned a lot about the island.
We got dropped off on the main street where we walked along and saw all the shops. We did find the Military Exchange and took advantage of their prices. Enjoyed walking and going on the beach, watching people.
We enjoyed walking through the shops and stopping at a bar for some refreshments. The weather was wonderful and taking the little boats to shore, from the cruise ship was exciting.
