We just completed a Viking River cruise called Tulips and Windmills on the Viking Magni. This will be the last Viking cruise we will take!

We have been on two previous Viking and three previous Uniworld river cruises. This is the worst cruise we have ever been on.

We had planned to be able to drop off our bags at the boat and be in town to do some sightseeing and we had tickets to the Anne Frank house at 1:30 PM. We arrived at the airport early at 8:00 AM and found the Viking transfer people as expected just outside baggage pick up. However, we and others sat around for an hour waiting for other passengers to arrive. There was more than one bus but we waited and waited and finally got on the bus that took us to the boat arriving around 10:30 AM. We were able to make our prepaid ticketed tour at the Anne Frank House, but had to go there directly, losing any opportunity for our planned sightseeing along the way. Don’t know how they sorted out who they put on which bus, but this day it was not efficient for any of the travelers.
