I got on the Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas on Saturday, June 3, 2017 and was sooooo excited. Having been on other RCCL Ships, I had high expectations.

The Adventure of the Seas is starting to show signs of aging. Our bathroom was rusted at the bottom and the sink faucet ran VERY slowly. This boat also has a funny smell in several places and compared to 5 years earlier when I had gotten on this same boat, the level of cleanliness had declined.

The food is just OK. The main dining room was initially not so great, but I have to give it to the Dining room staff – the Maître D, Mohammed, and Marlon, our waiter and Anecito, our assistant waiter; once we expressed concern, they went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted every night.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

This boat is old and there is a funny smell in the bathroom. The cabin is a little tight, compared to the newer RCCL ships. I liked the balcony size and the way the balcony is enclosed.
