We traveled 11 days before getting on the cruise. We spend 3 nights in Copenhagen. Found the town to be interesting and lots to do. Took a taxi to the pier and had no issues and got there in plenty of time. Embarkation went smoothly. Disembarkation went well, long lines for taxis as there was a lot of traffic coming into the pier, but still made it to airport in plenty of time.

The ship and our cabin are definitely starting to show some wear, but are still in great shape!

We did My Time Dining, but were able to sit at the same table every night. Interestingly, the card room is converted to extra tables for dining at dinner time. It was a little odd not being in the main part of the dining room, but it was a lot quieter! I think I would have preferred the noisiness of the dining room, but my husband liked the quiet better!

Family Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin FO

Loved the amount of space in the room! We had 6 in the room - 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 ten year olds. The hide a bed was basically a foam mattress, that was hard, but the kids managed on it ok. Could hear the noise from the theater, but it was muffled fairly well. Noticed smoke and other "smoking" related smells (illegal) while in the room a few evenings. Across the hall was a entrance for workers, so not sure if they were doing something they shouldn't, or if it came from somewhere else.

Cruise on Lake Loen-

This was a fantastic tour!! Our guide stopped at a little bridge before we got to the lake as we were ahead of schedule and we got some fantastic shots of the glacier reflecting in the water. The cruise was nice and gentle and it was a great way to see the shore lines and farms. Norwegian waffles were a great snack at the end of our cruise. Then we went to the Kjenndal Glacier which was great as well. Bus ride back was great as well. This excursion can be done in the reverse order as well.
