I went on this cruise with a group of 21 friends, all there to celebrate our friends 50th birthday. The cruise and the crew was amazing. They went above and beyond to make the trip a bucket list adventure for all of us. Not only was the food amazing, but the crew was amazing and took extra special care of us. Dinners were amazing and Chef Ermon made extra special cakes for our birthday girl as well as a couple celebrating an anniversary. The crew really catered to our group dynamic and let us party! Capt Nervo and our stewards, Browne and Keith, made sure we always had a drink in hand and music playing! Our Ops Director, Mimi LaRue, planned off boat adventures for us during the day where we could go to beaches, shop in small ports, or lunch with the locals. We even had a bus tour take us to some special spots on Dominica where Pirates of the Caribbean movies were filmed and we got to swim in the same caves, and hike to the same waterfalls - complete with lunch at a local "tree house" restaurant along the way! Mimi also set up everyone's travel off the sailboat as well which was great since there were so many of us, all going different directions!
Clean and orderly. Obviously sailboat accommodations are small so you have to know that ahead of the trip. Pack lightly and understand that you won't have drawers or closets to store your stuff. Your luggage will go on your bed so it's wise to pack in duffles and/or soft sided luggage.
