Listen I have cruise MSC plenty of times as I am Black Member status with Msc..

This cruise was part of my b2b Mediterranean cruise. I thought that my cruise with Musica was bad and didn't think it could of got worse, BUT I was wrong.....

Embarkation in Cannes was the worst EVER. Security had no idea we were getting on the ship, made us wait like fore ever, lol. Finally found our names on a sheet. Good to go, nobody helped with or luggage, as it was a tender to get to the ship.up and down stairs , just to get to the boat... We get to the ship, go to customer service and to my surprise, our Aurea Experience was a no go again, not on our card. Told the customer service girl the code was wrong she said it was ok, NO... So charges got put on our account and took a whole day just to get that fixed(5 times during to the day to get it taken off) Customer Service worse ever, and I have had bad service before.....
