Paid extra for Club Class but nothing Princess advertised for Club class came to fruition, except for a mini bottle of red and white wine delivered to our room on embarkation. Bad/little entertainment, night after night. Public toilets were disgusting, blocked, dirty and no hand cleaner. Some areas of the ship smelt like sewer. Market place plates never cleaned properly. Shore excursions were a hit or miss. Some tours were not as explained on the brochure. Ship designed for Asian market we were told all the time and it seemed the reason for every problem including the lack of cleanliness and unhappy/cranky staff.Asked the same question to 5 staff members and got told 5 different answers. Actually some staff didn't even have an answer. Only the Chinese restaurant was enclosed, all other speciality restaurants were in public areas. Décor was new and flashy but, not easy on the eye. There was one person for internet, so be prepared to wait up to 2 hours for any problems to be resolved. Our mini suite was cosy but the balcony was so tiny, not sure dusting was apart of the cleaning resume for our steward. It was never done. Only twice he forgot to clean our cabin.
It seemed as if the ship didn't flow right. There is no deck you can actually walk right around.
Our dining experience was the only good thing about the trip. Food was always hot and well presented.
Cabin was cosy. Amenities not so good. Only one bar of soap every 4th day if you are lucky. Only one tube of moisteriser, had to keep asking for a new one. No shower cap or the usual amenities. Balcony was only big enough for 2 chairs and a little table.
We boarded here
Our tour was nothing like the brochure. Hoped on a bus drove around for 10 minutes and then parked five minutes from the boat. Thats it
