We chose this cruise since we hear a lot of good things about this cruise line and their special program for children with Autism. We are impressed with the information in their website about this as we are traveling with our special needs son. We are excited that this cruise line will give our son the best cruise experience since the staff are trained in handling kids with Autism per their website advertisement - TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

When we got to the ship, nobody knows about the program, even the supervisor. It was the Front Desk Manager who informed us that not all ships participate in the program. When we called customer service prior to sailing, we were informed otherwise. We were informed that there will be a special lane for us and that there will be a staff who will tour us around and tell us about the Autism Program that they have in the ship as well as special considerations with the Muster Drill. Toys specifically for the Autistic Kids as well as TV channel for them. This is was we were expecting but nothing of it exist when we got to the ship.

The Guest Services Manager who called us after we left a message to RC's Facebook page informed us that somebody from concierge services will talk to us at the end of the cruise to guide us with the disembarkation process - NOBODY called us at the end of the cruise.
