This review is overdue, but family issues made writing and posting it earlier all but impossible.

We chose this cruise because my mother wanted to see the tulips again. The ship departed and returned to Amsterdam which was very convenient from a flights standpoint.

From the first point of embarkation the service was stellar. Bags delivered promptly to the room. Smiles and help from all members of the crew.

Cabin BB

Very clean and well appointed. Smaller than an ocean cruise cabin, but you aren't in it as much so it doesn't really matter.

Port Reviews

Ghent

Possibly my favorite stop on this trip. Seeing the Ghent Altarpiece was on my bucket list. It did not disappoint and St. Bavo's cathedral was also amazing. If you want to see the altarpiece, get to the cathedral when it opens and be first in line for the altarpiece. By doing this we were able to spend 45 minutes looking at it and reading all about it.

Amsterdam

Wonderful city with so much to do. Have been there several times before, so I just went out walking.
