We chose this cruise to visit all the islands in Hawaii so that we could see which we would like to stay on. The islands were great. We did an excursion every day, only a few would I recommend doing. I recommend getting off the ship to book excursions directly with the tour companies. Much cheaper. The food was fine, our cabin service was great, as was the service staff in the dinning room. Our favorite staff was Benjamin and Holly in the Goldrush salon, full of information and tips, they were the best. Not wild about the excursion desk and their recommendations.

As to Norwegian, this the first cruise we have taken on this line, probably the last. We typically do Royal, but we have done others. We ended up with charges on our bill that they could not tell us what they were for, told me to call the on land office because they put it there??? Call the on land office and they cant talk to me they have to talk to my travel agent. Ended up calling on land office again because the charge was still there almost a week after getting off the boat and the on land office now has to call the cruise ship because they don't know what it is???? Okay that is one issue, second issue, we had pre ordered internet access; get on the ship and go to guest relations to cancel internet because we had what we needed on our phone. Guest relations says no problem, just don't activate it and it will automatically be refunded. Okay no problem. Problem, still on the bill; call on land office and explain what we were told and what happened, on land office says that is not correct, so now on land office has to contact ship regarding this. I do have a case number, but i have never experienced anything like this before where they don't know how charges or what charges are on your account and then tell you something on the ship only to find out they don't know what they are talking about on the ship. Not something that I want to deal with when we go on vacation. Other than that, cruise and stops were great.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Room was nice, great hair dryer. Definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner, what they supply you would not want to put in your hair. Closet and storage space was good, we were very comfortable in the room. Tiny bath but that is normal.

Port Reviews

Honolulu

We had a good time in Honolulu, however, we spent 2+ days there before boarding the ship. Separate reservation that was not booked through Norwegian.
