this was our first cruise as my wife does not like the water. All the staff on the boat were very helpful and could not do enough for you they all seemed to enjoy their work. The boat was very modern. the food was excellent and a good selection. The day trips and the guides were very good and explained everything. The met us at the ship and gave commentary as we travelled along. On board there is a pool with a system to make the water flow so even though the pool is small you can swim into the flow without getting to the other end of the pool. there is hot drinks from the machines 24 hours a day and are included in the price. I would recommend the premium drinks package as it covers all drinks all day except champagne. I highly recommend this ship and all the staff. Had a great holiday. All tips are included in the price.
