My husband and I had never been on Royal Caribbean. It was a good experience. The ship was very clean. Our stateroom was always clean. RC (Adventure of the Seas) has an excellent staff on board. The entertainment was good. We enjoyed every shore excursion we choose. We started in Puerto Rico. Ports of call were St. Thomas, Curacoa, Aruba, St. Kitts and back to Puerto Rico. The best beach I have ever been on is in Aruba. We aren't into the dressing up for dinner. We ate at the buffet (Windjammer). Food was very good. Lots to choose from. Dinning staff were great. The shows were excellent. We saw two different comedians, ice show, magic show, dance group. They were all great. Our embarkation and the disembarkation went extremely well. I would recommend RC to first time cruisers. Our room steward was Chris (8th deck) and he was wonderful.
