WE chose this cruise as we were flying into Rome and needed to get to Lisbon and the itinerary had most places we have never visited or were on our hit list of places to see. Our cabin was fantastic, the bed great and the bathroom outstanding. We have travelled with Regent before and were looking forward to trying the new ship. This turned out to be an excellent choice. The excursions we did were outstanding from the Tuscan towns of Siena and San Gimigano, Our Monaco tour of the Villa De Rothschild ( this was one of our best tours ever), the small provence town of St Remy De Provence, Valencia, Barcelona and Monserrat and Lisbon. We didn't particularly enjoy Gibraltar but this wasn't Regents fault. We enjoyed a great magic show and a 60s night. But the food was what we enjoyed the most. We just love Prime 7 it has always been our best meal but all meals were great. The service was always outstanding from the cabin staff to the waiting staff, it made for a great holiday. We even booked another cruise while on the ship.

Cabin E

I would never choose this cabin again as lots of noise above from the pool area with moving around of chairs through the day and night as well as trolleys running over wooden floors early in the morning. One floor down would have been a lot better but the room itself was outstanding and a great size.

Valencia

This city was really beautiful. It was very well maintained and we enjoyed our visit to the local market place. Would have liked to have had a bit more free time as got sick of all the churches but the architecture was really well preserved. We had a traditional paella meal at a local restaurant which was very good. Could have spent more time wandering around Valencia
