We are seasoned cruisers with RC and we chose this cruise because the ship size is nice, and the number of nights is just fine.The enchantment has so many areas that are brand new,but then you find an area that has been around a while.Bottom line, the staff is what makes a cruise. Great dinner service as always, Nice Room tendants,, Warren is the most professional I have ever met, and I do appreciate that. The ship needs to do a quick sweep and get rid of the bad apples that are pretending to serve drinks, its such a no brainer, and yet they act like they have no care in the world for your time. I saw a few servants walking around like they were zombies and avoiding the guests. Yet I watched a flag ceremony with all the big wigs smiling away like all is good. Smooth check-in, Smooth embarkation. 95% friendly staff, great value...would recommend to others...thank you RC, oh and I give the service a 3 instead of a 5 because your bartenders move like they get paid by the second, and have not a care in the world about simply giving the guest a bottle of water and receiving the 18% automatic gratiuity...SPEED THINGS UP, every other drink order is a pina colada for &%$&# sakes, and then all of a sudden the bar is 10 deep, and the day is wasting away.
