Vancouver. This seagull was the coolest!
Baskets in the closet. The closest thing to a drawer in the room. Thankful

We chose this cruise as I wanted to do a one way trip this time. A few years ago we did a round trip Seattle on Celebrity, and it was sad seeing the other ships heading north on the last day when we had two days at sea heading south.

This was our second NCL cruise, it was great but not as good as our first one, which was a Caribbean cruise. There wasn't much live music this time, dance classes all were late in the day so we didn't get to any of them. I guess it's hard since the 4 hour time difference for us east coasters.

While most folks on board were lovely, there were a few staff that were very very rude. I'm talking to you, aft bar. What a terrible welcome, after flying all that way, paying all that money, to have our first "welcome aboard" cocktail to have bad energy. We quickly moved on and never went back for drinks when she was there. The great outdoors is a nice little buffet! Earlier in the week it was not as busy as the end of the week, but it never got crazy out there.

Oceanview Porthole Window

Cabin OG

Perfect for Alaska. Great room steward, no drawer space. They did have 3 baskets in the closet that we used for socks and underwear. We hung everything else. There was only one electric outlet, too. The hair dryer was something out of the past, it was a little slow but it worked!

The remote control sucked!! It seemed to be new, but there was no sleep timer, and you had to sit up and point from above to get it to respond.
