Family reunion group of 14 - ages 12yrs-80yrs. Check in was a breeze at 12 noon: staff was efficient, courteous and pleasant. Our cabins were on decks 11, 12, 13 - midship near panoramic elevator. Inside cabins were dimly lit, needs better lighting or brighter decor. As always more hangers would be a bonus. We had fixed early 7pm dining, a must for ensured group seating, plus if you have Cirque show tickets it's better to watch after dinner as opposed to late seating when you don't finish dinner until close to midnight! Pool area was always jammed pack: people hogging seats and sunbeds with towels, etc. Gym had great equipment. Best meals were actually buffet; main dining mediocre, sometimes bland.

Automated system on board was a joke: meals got mixed a few times, drink packages purchased did not show up on account so was charged a few, hit or miss at times,

Other than that, restaurant staff went out of the way to please. Cirque tickets pre-purchased online pre cruise did not show up for 3 out of 14, so there was commotion at front desk to find the missing 3, eventually allowed to enter even though was never found.
