Ship is old and beat up. Everywhere I looked something was broken, damaged or rusted. Definitely advertisement photos have HEAVY retouching. Food in main dining was awful. Had to send back dinner on three nights and left hungry. Charging extra for "upgraded" meals which are included on other cruises I have taken. Cruise shore excursions were over rated and we had one cut in half due to weather. Quest services was not helpful and basically said it was not their concern. When confronted about other problems (food quality, ship overall condition) they offered a 20% discount on next cruise. I don't think I would EVER go on this cruise line again. Most staff members seemed to be either new or just putting in their time. I have been on other cruise lines that actually make you feel welcome and take care of any issues that come up. Not at all satisfied.

Cabin M

Was told only 2 people to a room. One of my kids couldn't go because of this. Saw several rooms that had 3 people. Was lied to during booking conversation.
