Alaska is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The people are wonderful and their is always something interesting to do (definitely go to Icy Straight (it was my personal favorite. The beach there is gorgeous and they have fresh crab and wonderful little hot donuts made to order. If you have a chance eat king crab and shop local art in Ketchikan). The staff of the Norwegian Sun were exceptional in their customer service. The food was good but the scenery outside always stole the show. The Tepan bar was the most fun we had with the exception of the 50th anniversary dinner for my parents (John and Doris) and the other 50th anniversary dinner for my cousins at the Seven Seas dinning room. They even made a special cake for each night. The Splash Academy was amazing! If you have an active child this is fantastic. "Tiny" was a great director and all the staff in there did a wonderful job entertaining the kids. My son and my little cousins couldn't wait to go everyday and in the evenings they have lots of fun things for them to do as well.
