This cruise introduced us to the history and culture of many European countries and ports of call. We stayed in Prague for 3 days for a pre-excursion trip were so glad we did. It was a wonderful city to visit. All of the shore excursions were excellent and we got to enjoy a wonderful concert in Vienna by the Vienna Resident Orchestra. On other excursions we visited abbeys, castles, cathedrals, historic cities and venues and loved every minute of each excursion. The Viking tour guides were excellent. The Cruise Director, the Hotel Manager and the Captain were always available and extremely knowledgeable. The food on board the ship was outstanding with a wide variety of choices and able to satisfy and pallet. The restaurant service was always exemplary as was the cabin service. The really great think about Viking is that virtually everything is included (except for gratuity) in the cost. My best way to explain how I feel about Viking Cruises is that we plan on another Viking cruise in the future.
