Some of the local guides did have issues with racism which came clearly out with me as a hispanic black american in Budapest and some small towns in Germany.

A tour guide lady did not to accept me because I was not part of the group and some of the people in the group had to verify to her that I was in the group, that was a little offensive, although I do not have a hyper sensitive behavior about the color of my skin, just because it is not part of mentality to feel like and outsider any where I am.
