Sail Date: Apr 2017

This was my first river cruise and I wanted to see Germany, the castles and the vineyards. Everything about this cruise was first class. I loved it all: the daily walking tours, the food, wine tastings and getting to know other passengers. Sailing with Viking was an experience to remember. They had some cooking classes that were fun and the coffee and cookie bars were delightful after coming back from a walking tour. We added on days in Zurich at the beginning and Paris at the end. The tours there were also very well managed, including walking and bus tours. All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable and they got me interested in learning more about the regions. Checking in and out of the hotels was easy and I felt like all of the Viking team members cared about us. I can hardly wait to see the Danube now!

Cabin Review

Our cabin steward took very good care of our cabin and we never noticed when he did it. :-) There was always fresh water bottles, bathroom supplies and towels. It felt like home.
