WE arrived in Amsterdam after an overnight flight from ATL-AMS on KLM. Great flight and crew with KLM. Viking met us at baggage claim and gave us VIP treatment to ship. (Our airfare was part of the cruise fare.)

We had made the same cruise about 8-9 years ago Budapest to Amsterdam on Viking but this was in the opposite direction. (AMS-BUD). What a big improvement in the MODI over our previous Viking ship! While we had "basement" cabins both cruises, Modi was much improved with bigger cabin and bathroom. Really enjoyed the big screen TV and outside cameras of locks and scenery.

Attention to service from the crew was outstanding! Especially in dining and bar areas. All made us feel special and the extra attention we haven't seen on the many ocean cruises we have made in the past. Read more
