My husband and I wanted to cruise along the Seine River. I especially like the river cruises, because the passenger list is small compared to the large cruise ships. The cabin space was just the right size for two of us. And, the dining room close by. Food was delicious with lots of options to chose from.

The guides were well informed, and the bus drivers funny and friendly. Beautiful sites, and walking the old ruins was an experience like walking back in history. Everything was well orchestrated and kept everyone together and back to the ship on time for sailing. Back on board the staff had refreshments and warm hand towels. Loved the entertainment, and that the staff dressed up as Parisians.

I have traveled with Viking before and I highly recommend it. You experience the past, present, and future all the same day. The architect from days past fascinates me especially that it is still standing. The roads, culture, food, folkloric dancing, are a part of that country you are visiting. So fascinating.

Cabin Review

I can't remember our cabin number, but I found it comfortable, clean, and spacious.

We were on the first floor, last cabin on the right of the ship. (By stairs)
