he ones in line waiting for tables without reservations and being told they would have to come back in 2 hours! Remember when we called the head office and they said no reservations were reqFirst of all let me state the good. Great food in the Aloha Cafe, Skyline and Liberty. (the complementary restaurants). Great excursions at each port, just very pricey. If your plan is to see as many of the Hawaiian highlights then a cruise gives you that, just wish there was another option of cruise ships.
We have done three other cruises with two other companies and can honestly say the service on the Pride of America is terrible. The people we dealt with at guest services were extremely rude and were not very helpful even when presented with printed confirmations for ordered water bottles, dinner reservations and so on.
Months before our sail date we contacted Norwegian directly to make dinner reservations for our group of 11 for dinners for the 7 nights, we were told such reservations would not be required that we could simply approach the hostess on any given night and request the table and we would be seated in a few minutes. We went ahead and reserved our first night at the Skyline anyway just to be on the safe side. When we arrived we brought to a two tables of 6.
Cabin was fine, nothing special
