Took cruise in late July. Booked the Celebrity Suite (1615) along with 2 Ocean View cabins (bow facing) for my 2 married children. Celebrating my 35th anniversary. Overall trip was outstanding and I will be cruising Celebrity again. Not sure why some of the reviews have been so poor as Celebrity definitely an upgrade (IMO) over Carnival, RCL, and NCL (my previous experience). Having a suite does allow you special privileges, however, having non suite guests, we were somewhat limited in the things we took advantage of.

Embarkation (for example), as a suite guest, you get a special line and an accelerated check in. We were able to have my kids join us on this. It was also nice to be escorted up to the private Michaels Club for an introduction to the ship. Again they allowed my guests to join us where we were offered drinks and light snacks before lunch and off to our room.

Suite guests are also able to eat at the private Luminae dining. Unfortunately, any quests come with a $30 per person fee. We decided to eat most of our dinners at the MDR. We thought the food on majority of nights was outstanding. But I'm sure one of the reasons is because our wait staff was outstanding. Quit memorable.

Cabin Review

Cabin Celebrity Suite

Stayed in cabin 1615 with the larger balcony. Room was very comfortable. Enough room for which seemed like 6 adults in room most of time. They replenished water daily. Afternoon crepes delivered daily. As was our anniversary, they brought us a bottle of wine. We did not use the additional services the butler offered. Plenty of storage. Bathroom is not as large as I thought it would be (combo shower and tub). TV channels (FOX, CNN, TBS , tru TV- that's about it).
