First river cruise and we went on Uniworld at the recommendation of our travel agent. The ship was very comfortable and all of the staff were wonderful. They always had a smile on their face and were helpful and happy to be there. They made us feel at home added to the enjoyment of the cruise. The food was delicious (breakfast and lunch was typically a buffet) and menu options available for dinner. Never had a problem with getting a table in the dining room and the ship never seemed crowded even when all of the guests were together. The tours were enjoyable though others that we didn't take seemed to be more interesting based on feedback from others. Our cruise director was very helpful and worked to taken care of any special requests. When changes needed to be addressed, he never seemed to get flustered and worked things out. The other passengers on the ship were easy to talk with and we enjoyed sharing meals and drinks with a number of couples. Would highly recommend a Uniworld for your river cruise experience.

Cabin Review

Outside Stateroom

Cabin 4

Cabin was small though well appointed. Was concerned before the cruise about not having enough space but was more than adequate. And, as others have said, you don't spend a lot of time in your room, except to sleep. Might consider a balcony next time though was more than satisfied with the outside stateroom.
