Great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The cabin steward Maya was efficient. The dining staff was cordial and made our eating experience fun. The function rooms were always well kept. The excursions were interesting and the tour guides were local and knowledgeable. The buses used for shore excursions were comfortable and equipped with seat belts. Checking in and out was quick, easy and efficient. The cruise was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable and we are looking forward to repeating this experience in the future.

Our only complaint was in the departure guide who took us to the airport. We were a small group of 11.

We were dropped off at the entrance with absolutely no information on location of gates. The guide told us she had never been to that airport and was new. It would have been so helpful to know which level of this multilevel airport had our airline desk.
